You guys will NEVER belive what has just happened to me. I’ve been to Carnagie Hall. Now, you’re probably saying something like “Big whoop. She went to Carnagie Hall. Whatever.” PEOPLE THIS IS ABSOLOUTLY NOT WHATEVER. But, this trip to Manhattan was not some lesuire stroll. This was a life changing event. J.K. ROWLING WAS IN THE SAME ROOM AS ME. I STOOD BEFORE HER. SHE HAD A THRONE FOR PETE’S SAKE! she read from Book 7, spicifically the part when Ron comes back (page 379 paragraph 3 to page 387 end of chapter), then she answered questions. Thank GOD no one asked something like ‘Is Dumbledore really dead?’ ’cause that’s just plain old stupidity. My question that I submitted was, ‘According to the Sorting Hat’s song, all of the houses unite in a battle of war aganist Voldemort, so why in Book 7 are the Syltherins still evil and with Voldemort?’ which UNFORTUATLY they didn’t pick. But, there were sone pretty good questions. Oh, and by the way, Dumbledore is gay. Isn’t that SO unexpected? one question was ‘does Dumbledore ever find love?’ and J.K. was sitting there with this I’m-thinking-really-hard expression on her face and she says and I quote: “Personally, I think Dumbledore is gay.” end quote. Then LOTS of cheering and clapping from the audience, (that’s us!) then and I quote: “I think that if Dumbledore ever actually found love he would love Grindavald, obviously before Dumbledore found out who he really was.” But, enough about gay Dumbledore, back to the event! So, after the questions, each row was called up to get a SIGNED COPY OF DEATHLY HALLOWS!!!!!!!!!! So, now i have 2 signed copies. Yay! Well, that’s about it. Latah!
This is me holding up my signed copy of ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.’
